Group A(Experimental group) was treatedwith 1 gm <em>Tryushanadi Guggul</em> two times a day after meal with Honey and Group B (Control group) was treatedwith 1 gm <em>Navaka Guggul</em> will administered two times a day after meal with Honey for 30 days. Patients were assessed for Subjective parameters like <em>Kshudrashwas</em>, <em>Swedadhikya</em>, <em>Atikshudha</em>, <em>Nidradhikya, </em>and Objective parameters like Body weight in Kg, Body Mass Index (BMI) in Kg/m<sup>2</sup>, Waist Hip Ratio (WHR), and Mid Arm circumference (MAC) on 0,15, and 30<sup>th</sup> day, and Serum Lipid Profile was done on 0 and 30<sup>th</sup> day. Result – Significant improvement was observed inSubjective and Objective parameters. Conclusion –<em>Tryushanadi Guggul</em> is as effective as <em>Navaka Guggul</em> in the management of <em>Sthoulya</em> (Overweight).
